Abstract
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of welding and reduce energy costs. The organometallic compound used as an intermediate strip during diffusion welding is preliminarily subjected to a cryochemical treatment, consisting of spraying its aqueous solution into a liquid refrigerant that is not miscible with water and subsequent freeze-drying as the temperature rises to positive. The invention relates to pressure welding with heating, in particular to a diffusion bonding, and can be used in electronics, instrument making and other fields.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of welding and reduce energy costs.
The method is as follows. in a way.
An organometallic compound used as an intermediate gasket for diffusion welding is previously subjected to a cryochemical treatment consisting of spraying its aqueous solution into a liquid refrigerant that is not miscible with water and subsequent freeze-drying, when the temperature is raised to positive.
The resulting anhydrous cryogranulate is subjected to pyrolysis and an ultrafine metal powder with a particle size of 0.1 ± 0.05 µm is obtained.
The obtained powder is placed between the welded surfaces of the parts being joined and diffusion welding of them is carried out.
Due to the preliminary cryochemical treatment of the organometallic compound, the particle size of the ultrafine powder decreases, its activity increases, the temperature of its sintering starts to decrease.

50-100 ° (;), which improves the quality of the joint and reduces energy consumption by lowering the welding temperature.
Example. Permallo 50N samples were diffusion-welded in hydrogen through ultrafine Nickel powder obtained by pyrolysis of 1Q nickel formate, and a mixture of nickel and copper powders obtained by pyrolysis of formate mixtures of these metals subjected to spraying into liquid nitrogen at T - and then dried with heating to 40 ° s

Welding mode: T - 450 ° C; R-15MPa; t - 30 minutes
The test results of welded joints at break showed a quality of the joint at a lower welding temperature.
