Изобретение предназначено дл коагул ции сосудов токами высокой частоты при чреспузырной надлобковой аденомэктомии парауретральных желез и позвол ет улучшить контакт и фиксацию электрода. Устройство содержит электрод 1 в виде полого шара, на диаметрально противоположных участках которого выполнены электрическое соединение провода 2 и разъемное соединение держател в виде направл ющего уретрального проводника 3, предназначенное также дл соединени с оливой. После аденомэктомии через уретру проводитс проводник 3 с навинченной оливой. Затем олива отвинчиваетс и к проводнику 3 подсоедин етс электрод 1.
