The aim of the invention is to simplify the connection of the reader to the device for measuring temperature, as well as improving its manufacturability.
FIG. 1 shows a device for measuring temperature, front view; in fig. 2 - the same, side view; in fig. 3 - the installation location of the temperature-sensitive element, view from front in FIG. 4 - thermo-sensitive element, general view; in fig. 5 is a schematic of a method for manufacturing a device; in fig. 6 - layer of electrically insulating material.
The device for measuring temperature contains a temperature-sensitive element 1, which includes two thermistors 2 and 3, connected in series by an electrically conductive element 4, made, for example, of copper foil. Thermistor 2 is equipped with pins 5 and 6, and thermistor 3 with pins 7 and 8. Pins 5 and 7 are electrically connected to electrical conductors 9 and 10, respectively. Electric conductors 9 and 10 are located between layers 11 and 12 of electrically insulating material and are insulated from friend. In the electrically insulating layer 1 1, an STEv 13 hole is made, and in the electrically insulating layer 12 there is an opening 14, the opening 13 being opposite the electrical conductor 10, and an opening 14 opposite the conductor 9. The opening 13 and 14 serve to connect the reader. In addition, in the electrically insulating layers 11 and 12, a through-hole 15 is made in the place of installation of the thermosensitive element 1, which is closed on both sides by two additional layers 16 and 17 of electrically insulating material covering the ends of the layers 11 and 12 and, consequently, insulating the ends of the conductors 9 and 10. The end of the device on the side of the location of the temperature-sensitive element may be around

Слои 11 и 12 мог ут быть и г отов- лены иг бумаги, покрытой пластиком, из пощеной бумаги с гор чеплавлен- ным покрытием на одной стороне или из обычной бумаги, поскольку чащи- та от влаги может быть обеспечена при помощи наружных слоен 16 и 17,- а соединение слоев может быть осу- ществле)1о при помощи термической плавки или кле .Layers 11 and 12 could be made from plastic coated paper, made from coated paper with a hot-melted coating on one side or from ordinary paper, since moisture can be supplied from the outer layers 16 and 17, - and the bonding of the layers can be carried out by means of thermal melting or glue.
The execution of the thermosensitive element of the two thermistors eliminates the adjustment operation, since it is possible to select two thermistors, which, with the appropriate connection, will give the required value to measure the parameter.
Передний конец устройства закругл етс при помощи штамповки, что целесообразно производить в сочетании со штамповкой всего устрой ства из полученного материала рулона .The proposed device is expediently manufactured in a manner which is schematically shown in FIG. 5. Electrical conductor 18, for example thin copper wire, runs zigzag between two rolls of paper 19 and 20. These rolls synchronously pass through the punched holes 21-24 and are wound on a feed drum. Both rolls have holes 15, which coincide as a result of synchronous feeding. Electrical conductors 9 and 10 formed by conductor 18 also coincide with holes 15. Thermal sensor 1 is connected to conductors 9 and 10, after which the two outer parts of the strip of coils 19 and 20 with holes 21-24 can be cut off, as shown by the arrow 25. The outer layers 16 and 17 are then applied, which are also advantageously produced in two rolls (not shown). The front end of the device is rounded off by stamping, which is advisable to produce in combination with the stamping of the entire device from the obtained coil material.
FIG. 6 shows the material of one of the rolls 19 and 20, which differ from each other only in the arrangement of the apertures 13 and 14, respectively. Holes 23 and 24 and 21 and 22 are identical.
