Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике и может быть использовано в транспортных трубопроводных системах, например в системах транспортировки пульпы железорудного концентрата , в которых осадок содержит металлические частицы.The invention relates to a measuring technique and can be used in transport piping systems, for example, in systems for transporting iron ore concentrate pulp, in which sediment contains metal particles.
Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение чувствительности.The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity.
На чертеже изображена структурна схема устрор1ства дл осуществлени предлагаемого способа.The drawing shows a block diagram of an apparatus for implementing the proposed method.
Способ осуществл етс следующим образом.The method is carried out as follows.
С помощью генератора 1 высокочастотных электромагнитных колебаний со стабилизацией амплитуды, выход которого подключают к элементу 2 св зи, в объеме металлического трубопровода 3 возбуждают высокочастотное электромагнитное поле в виде волны типа Н( с горизонтальной пол ризацией. Дл возбуждени волны типа Н, ис13286«02Using a high-frequency electromagnetic oscillator 1 with amplitude stabilization, the output of which is connected to the coupling element 2, a high-frequency electromagnetic field in the form of an H-type wave (with horizontal polarization) is excited in the volume of the metal conduit 3.
ду элементами / и 4 ограничиваетс величиной максимального затухани волны, которое может быть измерено. Увеличение количества осадка 7 с металлическими частицами на нижней части стенки металлического трубопровода 3 вследствие изменени граничных условир дл пол волны типа Н,, с го- 10 ризонтальной пол ризацией приводит к су1цественному увеличению ее затухани , по измеренному значению которого определ ют количество осадка 7.Two elements / and 4 are limited by the maximum attenuation of the wave, which can be measured. An increase in the amount of sediment 7 with metal particles on the lower part of the wall of the metal pipeline 3 due to a change in the boundary conditions for the H-type wave field with horizontal polarization leads to a significant increase in its attenuation, the measured value of which determines the amount of sediment 7.
Частоту волны установкой частоты 15 колебаний генератора 1 выбирают равной критической при максимально допустимом количестве осад.ка 7, вслед- с гвие чего с увеличением количества осадка 7 эффективный поперечный раз- 20 мер металлического трубопровода 3The frequency of the wave by setting the frequency of 15 oscillations of the generator 1 is chosen equal to the critical one with the maximum allowable amount of siege. 7, followed by increasing the amount of sludge 7, the effective transverse size of the metal pipeline 3
Максимальное рассто ние межпараметра в диапазоне измер ений, следовательно , увеличение чувствительности по мере увеличени осадка.approaching a wave critical for the selected frequency and the attenuation of the wave additionally increases. Thus, there is an increase in the result of, for example, element 2 in the form of a 25 changeable informative metal loop electrically closed on the wall of the metal pipe 3, oriented in the cross section of the latter and sealed with a dielectric die. The diameter of the loop is much smaller (5-10 times) of the diameter of the metal gauge pipe 3. By means of the communication element A, similar in construction and arrangement to element 2 connected to the high-frequency electromagnetic oscillations connected in series to the detector 5 and the recorder 6, for example, a voltmeter, is measured the attenuation of the wave component with horizontal-40 is horizontal polarization and is measured by polarization. To prevent its attenuation, the magnitude of which influences the result of measurement of the fields of the scattering of elements 2, the distance | Between elements 2 and 4, at least half of the wavelength in the jt wire is selected. The maximum interparameter distance in the measurement range, therefore, increases in sensitivity with increasing sediment.
