Abstract
The invention relates to a knitwear industry and can be used for products operated under conditions of increased durability. The loops in the elastic knit are developed both from two strands — the usual extensibility and the elastomeric, and from one non-extensible thread. They alternate with each other in each hinge row and each hinge pillar. Description
The invention relates to the knitwear industry, in particular, to the production of an elastic web, including an elastomeric spandex yarn and non-extensible yarns. The proposed knitwear can be used in the manufacture of products intended for use in conditions of increased durability. These products include sports and swimwear, underwear for diving equipment, articles of tourist equipment, as well as parts for the protection of parts and areas of diving suits. such as the sole, elbows and knees.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the wear resistance of knitwear.
FIG. 1 shows a diagram with; elastic knitwear; on, 2 is a weave pattern.
Elastic knitwear on the faces:); - the side in odd stitch loops (I, III) contains double loops 1 formed from yarn 2 of conventional stretchability and elastomeric polyurethane yarn 3, and single loops 4 formed from yarns 5 of ordinary stretch and, in the even looped rows (II), there are single loops 6 of the yarn 2 of the usual extensibility and double loops 7 of the yarns 5 of the usual stretchable and elastomeric yarn 8. On the seamy side, the elastic knitwear in the odd looped rows contains single loops 9 from yarn 5 normal extensibility and loop 10 from yarn 2 o elasticity and elastomeric polyurethane yarn 3, and in the even-numbered rows - double loops 11 from yarns 5 conventional stretch and elastomeric polyurethane yarn 8 and single loop and yarn 2 normal stretchability. The single and double loops alternate with each other through one in each looped column on both the front and back sides.
Example 1 The knitting of an elastic knit, in which the loop modulus of a yarn of conventional extensibility in a loop, wired together with a polyurethane thread, is 1.6 times larger than that of a loop without polyurethane yarn, is carried out on a round knit machine of polyamide texture - yarnovye yarns elastic linear.

The properties of the obtained elastic knitwear in examples 1-3 are presented in the table.
It can be seen from the data in the table that the proposed elastic knit has an increased durability compared to the known knitwear - the number of abrasion cycles before fracture increases by 8-10 times, the resistance to double bends - 1.5-2 times, the shrinkage of finished products decreases both in length and in width. Using various types of threads selected from the above group, it is possible to manufacture products with predetermined wear-resistant properties.
