Изобретение относитс к области подъемно-транспортного машиностроени , в именно к грузоподъемным устройствам . Цель изобретени --обеспечение удобства эксплуатации. Устройство содержит консоль 1 в виде талрепа , смонтированную на основании 2 с направл ющими планками дл гибко го органа 5f образующего петлю при огибании колонны 3 по периметру. Талрепом создают нат жение гибкого органа 5, тем самым привод т устройство в готовность к работе. 3 ил.
