Abstract
Изобретение относитс к металлообработке , а именно к устройствам дл подачи смазочно-охлаждающей жидкости (СОЖ) к рабочим органам станка. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение конструкции. При движении рабочего органа 8 с головкой 3 муфта 9 вк- ючена и удерживает ветвь от движени . Рейка 11 неподвижна. Колесо, св занное с установленным в головке 3 редуктором 4, перекатываетс по рейке 11, перемещает ползун и поворачивает кулису, также размещенную в головке 3. Сопло 7 закреплено на кулисе и поворачиваетс вместе с ней. Когда сопло 7 займет положение, обеспечивающее подачу СОЖ в зону резани , муфта 9 отключаетс и рейка 11 перемещаетс вместе с головкой 3, не поворачива сопло 7. Устройство содержит трубопровод 1 с насосом 2 дл подачи СОЖ, привод подачи трубопровода 1, выполненный в виде головки 3, размепхенного в ней редуктора 4, ползун 5 и кулисы 6, подвижное сопло 7, установленное на кулисе 6 и св занное с трубопроводом 1, при этом привод подачи трубопровода 1 установлен на рабочем органе 8 станка, управл емую муфту 9, св занную с блоком 10 программировани работы станка и систему управлени движением сопла 7. Рейка 11 начинает перемещатьс вместе с головкой 3 и поворот сопла 7 прекращаетс .
