Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к металлообработке , а именно к устройствам дл  подачи смазочно-охлаждающей жидкости (СОЖ) к рабочим органам станка. Целью изобретени   вл етс  упрощение конструкции. При движении рабочего органа 8 с головкой 3 муфта 9 вк- ючена и удерживает ветвь от движени . Рейка 11 неподвижна. Колесо, св занное с установленным в головке 3 редуктором 4, перекатываетс  по рейке 11, перемещает ползун и поворачивает кулису, также размещенную в головке 3. Сопло 7 закреплено на кулисе и поворачиваетс  вместе с ней. Когда сопло 7 займет положение, обеспечивающее подачу СОЖ в зону резани , муфта 9 отключаетс  и рейка 11 перемещаетс  вместе с головкой 3, не поворачива  сопло 7. Устройство содержит трубопровод 1 с насосом 2 дл  подачи СОЖ, привод подачи трубопровода 1, выполненный в виде головки 3, размепхенного в ней редуктора 4, ползун 5 и кулисы 6, подвижное сопло 7, установленное на кулисе 6 и св занное с трубопроводом 1, при этом привод подачи трубопровода 1 установлен на рабочем органе 8 станка, управл емую муфту 9, св занную с блоком 10 программировани  работы станка и систему управлени  движением сопла 7. При начале работы включают движение рабочего органа 8 станка. Муфта 9 в это врем  включена и удерживает ветвь 19 от движени . Рейка 11 неподвижна. При движении рабочего органа 8 головка 3 с редуктором 4 также перемещаетс , и колесо 12, св занное с редуктором 4 через вал 22, перекатываетс  по рейке 11. От колеса 12 вращаетс  и колесо 21 редуктора, которое перемещает ползун 5 и кулису 6. Сопло 7 вместе с кулисой 6 поворачиваетс  до тех пор, пока сопло 7 не займет положени , при котором СОЖ подаетс  только в зону резани . В этот момент блок 10 отключает муфту 9. Ветвь 19 освобождаетс . Рейка 11 начинает перемещатьс  вместе с головкой 3 и поворот сопла 7 прекращаетс . Груз 20 обеспечивает набег ветвей 18 и 19 и подвижность рейки 11.At the beginning of work include the movement of the working body 8 of the machine.
