Description
The invention relates to wastewater and natural water treatment devices used in the petroleum, oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, gas and other industrial sectors.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning and reduce the water content of the foam product with large fluctuations in fluid flow.
The drawing shows schematically the proposed flotation plant.
7,The flotation cell contains a vertical tank 1 with inlet 2 and outlet 3 liquid nozzles, a foam product 4 and gas 5 outlet, a collector 6, horizontal partitions 7 with openings 8 and foam product receivers made in the form of vertical pipes centrally located in the tank 1 below each other 9 with extension 10 in the upper part, B (8 horizontal partitions are drilled 7 BMI vertical pipes are mounted 11 whose upper end is located 1 below the upper end of the branch pipe 9 of the horizontal partition, and the upper end is the upper end ca in (rtikalnyh pipe downstream Horizontal partitions in ..rhnem At the end of each vertical pipe 11 is mounted a coaxial cylinder 12, the upper end of which is located above the top end 9 and bottom end -. below the upper end of the vertical pipes common horizontal partition 7,
In the holes 13 of the collector 6 are mounted vertical nozzles 14, the lower end of which is installed below the upper ends of the vertical pipes 11 of the upper horizontal partition 7 On each pipe 11 below the vertical cylinder 12 there is a bowl 15 with a diameter exceeding the diameter of the cylinder,
18,To the pipe 3 of the liquid outlet is attached installed in the tank 1 vertical pipe 16, the upper end of which is located below the upper end of the lower vertical pipe 9, and this pipe is equipped with a cylinder 17 and a glass 18,
19,To remove sludge from the top septum 7. A hatch 19 is installed on the tank,
The flotation cell works as follows.
The initial gas-impregnated mixture enters under pressure in the tank 1 through the nozzle 2 and through the collector 6 is divided into separate equal flows, which are directed along the vertical nozzles 14 into the upper horizontal partition 7 being processed. At the outlet of the initial mixture flows the nozzles 14 from this mixture of the smallest bubbles of dissolved gas. As the gas bubbles rise, they capture solid and liquid impurities, creating a foam on the surface of the volume being processed. The clarified liquid from the upper horizontal septum 7 is poured through the pipes 11 onto the lower horizontal septum, and the frothy product accumulates on the surface of the volume to be treated. When the level of foam product on the surface of the processed volume of the upper partition 7 exceeds the upper edge of the nozzle 9 of this partition, foam will be drained into the upper receiver of the frothy product.
15,The penetration of foam and gas bubbles into the pipes 11 is excluded, since the upper end of the vertical cylinders 12 is located above the nozzle. 9, and the bottom - below the upper end of the pipe 11 of the common partition - 7 and covered with glasses 15,
7,In the process of downward movement through pipes 11, the liquid is crushed into droplets and drawn into the joint movement. The gas located above the surface of the processed volume of the upper partition 7, At the outlet of the pipes 11, the gas-liquid flow, which has a large kinetic energy, penetrates the processed volume of the lower septum 7,
5,The process then repeats. The finally clarified liquid exits the tank 1 through the nozzle 3, and the froth product is removed through the nozzle 4, the gas is released through the nozzle 5,
Уменьшение расхода жидкости через аппарат приведет к тому, что уровень жидкости обрабатываемых объемов на перегородках 7 опуститс до высоты верхних кромок труб 11, и количество перетекаемой жидкости по этим трубам в них уменьшитс .A decrease in the flow rate of the liquid through the apparatus will result in the liquid level of the volumes being processed on the partitions 7 falling to the height of the upper edges of the pipes 11, and the amount of liquid flowing through these pipes in them will decrease.
7.An increase in the flow rate of fluid through the apparatus also does not affect the stable operation of the apparatus, since in this case more pipes of clarified liquid flow through the pipes 11 to the downstream partitions 7. The breakthrough of the latter into the pipes 9 is exceptional, since the upper end of these pipes is located above the upper end of the pipes 11 of the common partition 7.
