Abstract
Description
The invention is pending to the oil producing industry and may not be used to separate gas from oil.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the KOiii TpvKHUH and to reduce the material capacity of the gas condenser.
The drawing shows the proposed gas senator.
The gas condenser includes inclined pipe 1 and U-shaped tubular elements 2, 3, 4 installed in series one above the other. The outlet nozzle 5 of the element 2 is connected to the E ANNUAL nozzle of the element 3. The output nozzle 6 of the element 3 is connected to the inlet nozzle of the element 4. The transverse sections of the 11-shaped elements are horizontal.
The outlet nozzle 7 of the last U-shaped element 4 is connected to the drop catcher 8.
The gas separator works in the following way.
It is known that for separating gas, it is necessary to transfer propeza from equilibrium to stepwise with a discrete change in pressure. The change in pressure occurs when there is alternating local resistance in the movement of carbonated oil. A non-equilibrium process with a stepwise change in the pressure. Takes place in the proposed process.
Aerated oil comes from wells or I pyriribi wells (not shown) to the inlet of the inclined pipeline 1. Oil is drained from pipeline I at the same level as the horizontal transverse section of the post- | U type tube 4. This coprostrate is necessary in order for the oil to reach pipeline 1 before the first level 2, due to the difference in static levels, it tends to be in the U-shaped elements 2, 3, 4. At the entrance to the first orderly U-shaped element 2 in the area with local hydraulic resistance, pro coming pressure drop and vydelershe gas. With the rise of oil in the vertical section of the first U-shaped element 2, gas bubbles are formed and enlarged. A second stage pressure change occurs.
during the transition of oil from the vertical to the horizontal section of the U-shaped element 2. The presence of the horizontal section contributes to the further evolution of gas due to the small thickness of oil in the tubular element and the formation of a continuous layer of gas in its upper part.
When oil passes through the pipes 5, 6 to the U-shaped elements 3, 4, the process of gas evolution is repeated. At the outlet nozzle 6 of the last U-shaped element 4, the gas released from the oil enters the drop catcher 8 and is fed to the gas processing plant. Oil is distilled through the pipeline to the oil treatment plant 5.
The above described gas separator with three U-shaped tubular elements. To increase the degree of separation, the separator can be made with four, five
and so on. U-shaped element. To increase the capacity of the separator, the diameter of the pipes from which it is made is increased.
Tubular gas condensers compared
5 with capacitive, widely used in practice, have a number of advantages. In particular, pipes withstand more pressure than tanks, at the same thickness of walls. This allows them to be made from corrosion-resistant polymers, in
0 particular polyethylene pipes. In addition, tubular separators easier to manufacture and operate.
Claims (1)
- Invention FormulaThe gas separator containing the pipeline and installed one after another vertical vertical U-shaped tubular elements with inlet nozzles, characterized in that, in order to simplify the design and reduce material consumption, the U-shaped elements are installed above the other and each of them provided with an outlet nozzle connected to the inlet nozzle of the subsequent element, and the transverse sections of the U-shaped elements are arranged horizontally.
