Это приводит к получению основного погона, обогащенного важными дл  конь ка летучими примес ми. Вино перед поступлением в колонну истощени  освобождаетс  от части альдегидов и ле1ко летучих эфиров путем отбора головной фракции из дефлегматора эпюрационной колонны. В результате конь чный спирт очищаетс  от части веществ альдегидноэфирной группы. Удалепие хвостовых прнмесей происходит вместе с непрерывно отводимой из куба бардой.
