The goal is to increase the objectivity of control. To do this, after a visual examination of the fish and the counting of the parasites causing the diseases, the fish are weighed and a specific index of invasion intensity (UII) is set in relation to the number of parasites per 1 g of body weight. The detection of the disease is carried out by comparing the obtained AII value with the threshold value of the same index established by studying the physiological indicators of sick fish. At the same time, the threshold value of the AII of the DP of ichthyophthyriosis and dactylogyrosis is determined respectively to 1.7 and 2.1, and the diseased is considered fish, the AII value of which is equal to or exceeds the threshold .. 4 tab.

.,-,This invention relates to the fishery industry, in particular to pond and industrial farming, and can be used to control diseases of pond fish, in particular, ichthyophysiriosis and dactylogyrosis. ., -,
The aim of the invention is to increase the objectivity of the method.
The method is carried out with the following method.
Young fish are caught from nursery ponds and a visual discussion is conducted, in the presence of octoparasites of fingerprinting and ichthyophthyriosis. p (pts | 1b) and take into account clinical signs. After counting the parasites, the fish to be weighed is measured. The ratio of the number of parasites to 1 g of mass is calculated by calculating the specific invasion intensity index (UIA) t, i.e. fish parasites per fish weight per gram, thus determining the number of parasites per 1 g of mass. The obtained value is compared with a predetermined threshold value of this index. At a specific intensity index value equal to or equal to Above the threshold, the disease is diagnosed.
In order to establish a threshold specific intensity index, frontiers for fish of a certain mass were first determined. To do this, fish of a mass most susceptible to this pathogen are examined, a dose of 10–90 g for ichthyophthiriosis, 2–8 g for fingerprinting, 2–8 g.
In parallel with the calculation of the AII value in fish of all groups, 30 indicators of the physiological state (fish-breeding, biochemical, and hematological) are determined. By . changes in these indices take into account such intensity of invasion and creation of FID in this group of fish, which cause minimal deviations in the org (anisma. In tab. 1 shows data on the change in 25 of the 30 studied 5 indicators of the physiological state in carps with an average weight of 20 g infected with ichthyofthyrius.
From tab. 1 that the smallest (4 out of 25) changes in the carp body of this weight group cause an invasion intensity of about 40 parasites to fish, i.e. when the value of UII 2.0. When conducting similar studies on medium-weight carp
10, 15, 25, 50 and 90 g receive the following boundary specific intensity indices, respectively: 2,1j 2,0; 1.9; 1.7 and 1.7. The minimum value, i.e. 1.7, taken as the threshold AII for fish of any mass infected with ichthyophthirius.
For determining the threshold value of the AIS for dactylogyrosis and sleep pattern. there are 3 groups of fish with an average weight of dko lo 2.0; 5.0 and 8.0 g. For each group of fish, a boundary AII was determined. For this, as with ichthyophthyriosis, infected fish showed minimal deviations of physiological parameters at different levels of infestation of carp with Dactylogyrus from 0 to 160 pieces.
