Изобретение относитс к металлургии , в частности к производству серых чугунов с пластинчатым графитом дл разнотолщинных отливок гидронасосов . Целью изобретени вл етс повьшение кавитационно-эрозионной стойкости. Предложенный чугун содержит , мас,%: углерод 3,0-3,7; кремний 1,4-2,6; марганец 0,3-1,0; барий 0,02-0,04; железо - остальное. Кави- тационно-эрозионна стойкость предложенного чугуна составл ет 82,6- 96,8 г/М ч; предел прочности 221 287 МПа. 1 табл.This invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to the production of gray cast iron with lamellar graphite for different thicknesses of hydraulic pump castings.
