Description
Изобретение относитс к эмалированию металлических изделий и может быть использовано при изготовлении эмалевого пшикера, наносимого на металлические издели , например трубы, дл защиты их от коррозионного разрушени .The invention relates to the enameling of metal products and can be used in the manufacture of an enamel puffer applied to metal products, for example pipes, to protect them from corrosion damage.
At present, clay, silica gel, is used as a suspending agent for the enamel slip.
Active mineral additives of sedimentary origin (diatomite, tripoli, flask) are used in the production of cements and thermal insulation products.
The purpose of the invention is the development of covering power.
To obtain a slurry, its components are loaded into a ball mill and ground to a grinding fineness of 1.2-1.4 ml.
Active mineral additives of sedimentary origin, corresponding to OST 21-9-81, were crushed with water in a ratio (1.5-2.0) to a grinding fineness of 0.00, 2 ml Lysenko before use.
Diatomites and propels are light porous low-strength rocks with a bulk weight in the range of 400-1000 kg / m.
1200-1600 Flasks (compacted varieties of diatomites and tripoli) - more heavy and dense rocks with a mass of 1200-1600
In tab. 1 shows the composition of the proposed slip in the examples.
The density of diatomites, tripoli, and flasks ranges from 1.8 to 2.4 g / cm.
