Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к приготовлению бетонполимерных изделий, к составам дл  пропитки бетонов. Изобретение направлено на повьшение пре-; дела прочности бетонполимера при из- гибе и при сжатии, а также на снижение- во допоглощени . Состав дл  пропитки бетона включает, мае.ч.: суммарные сланцевые фенолы 1; фурфурол 1-1,5; полиэтиленполиамин 0,034- 0,044; фракци  сланцевой смолы с температурой выкипани  280-350 С 0,45- 0,57; диэтиленгликольэпоксид 1-1,3. 2 табл.The invention relates to the preparation of concrete-polymer products, to compositions for the impregnation of concrete. Изобретение относитс  к получению бетонполимеров, а именно к составам дл  пропитки бетонов.The invention relates to the preparation of concrete polymers, namely, compositions for the impregnation of concrete.

Цель изобретени  - повьппение предела прочности при изгибе и при сжатии , а также снижение водопоглощени The purpose of the invention is to increase the flexural and compressive strengths, as well as to reduce water absorption.

В фурфуроле раствор ли суммарные сланцевые фенолы и в полученный раствор вводили диэтиленгликольэпоксид, перемешивали до образовани  гомоген- ной системы. Полученную систему при перемешивании совмещали со сланцевой смолой. Полиэтиленполиамин вводили небольшими порци ми при посто нном перемешивании перед началом проведе- ни  работ.Total shale phenols were dissolved in furfurol and diethylene glycol epoxide was introduced into the resulting solution, stirred until a homogeneous system was formed. Дл  пропитки готовили образцы бе- тона следутощим образом.Samples of concrete were prepared for impregnation in the following way.

Цемент марки 300 смешивали со строительным (речным) песком фракции до 1,5 мм и вводили воду до достижени  В/Ц 0,2. Полученным раствором заполн ли формы, через 48 ч образцы бетона вынимали из форм и подвергали пропарке (с периодическим орошением) острым паром в течение 72 ч, а затем высушивали в термостате при темпера- туре 100t5°C в течение 10 ч.
