Abstract
Изобретение относитс к каталитической химии, в частности к катализаторам (КТ) дл поликонденсации фенолформапьдегидных смол. Повышение активности КТ достигаетс введением в него резорциномеламиноформальдегидг ной смолы (PC) при определенном соотношении компонентов. КТ имеет, состав , мае.ч.: смесь бихромата щелочного металла (БЩМ) и амина 4-6; PC 5-20; вода 2-16. В качестве водного раствора БЩМ КТ содержит , где Me - К, Na, NH, а в качестве амина - карбамид или меламин. Массовое соотношение Б1Щ и амина 1:1. Испытани КТ данного состава показывают лучшую его активность в сравнении с КТ известного состава. Так, в процессе поликонденсации предел прочности при скалывании по клеевому слою фанеры после кип чени в течение 1 ч (врем прессовани фанеры 7 мин) составл ет 1,1 против 1,0 МПа, 1 з.п. ф-лы, 1 табл.
