Abstract
2 с.п. с iS С/)The invention relates to non-destructive testing and can be used to check the quality of welding of small cross-section pipelines using ultrasonic vibrations. The aim of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by controlling the internal surface of the seam. According to the method of control of pipelines in a controlled pipeline, a laminar fluid flow is created, which, having flowed through the weld area, changes its parameters. If the seam has significant leakages, surface irregularities, etc., the laminarity of the fluid flow is disturbed and acoustic noise occurs, which is detected by the sensor. The intensity of the weld is determined from the intensity of acoustic noise. 2 sec. f-ly1 1 ill. with iS С /)

The purpose of the invention is to expand the tenological possibilities by controlling the internal surface of the seam
The drawing shows a device for carrying out a method for inspecting pipelines.
The device contains a pump 1 consistently connected, a check valve 2, a cylindrical buffer tank 3, partially filled with liquid 4, a shut-off valve 5 and a connecting pipe 6 with a DETAIL SURFACE 7 connected to the pipeline 8 and measuring instruments, including a receiving sensor 9 of acoustic signals fixed to the controlled the seam 10 by means of a fastening assembly 11, made in the form of a hollow hermetic ring, of an elatic material, for example, rubber
Iand connected to the output of the receiving sensor 9 meter 12 acoustic signals. I
The method for controlling pipelines is as follows.
Pump 1 through the valve 2 pumps air into tank 3, creating an overpressure in it. When the pressure in the tank reaches a predetermined pressure, in order to prevent the additional noise signal from entering the sensor 9, the valve 5 is turned off and open. Due to the large length of the nozzle 6, the turbulence created by the passage of fluid through the valve 5 is smoothed out and the flow of fluid becomes lam; If the diameter of the pipeline exceeds 20–30 mm, then for the reduced length of the nozzle 6, which ensures the formation of a laminar flow, it is advisable to divide it into parallel channels by means of long flat plates installed along the nozzle. The flow through the seam area, the fluid flow changes its parameters, and if the seam has significant incrustations, surface irregularities, etc., laminariness

Решение в зтом случае принимаетс по сочетанию спектральных максимумов визуально или путем их коррел ционного сравнени с сочетанием спектральных максимумов шума эталонного шва.fluid flow is disturbed and acoustic noise occurs, which is controlled by sensor 9. Am: the noise density (or other spectral characteristics, for example) is measured by an acoustic signal meter 12. By comparing the measured noise voltage amplitude, for example, on the meter scale, with a predetermined threshold determined by measuring noise in pipes with standard joints, the compliance of the tested pipeline to the requirements is determined. For more accurate decision, the resulting noise can be subjected to spectral analysis. In this case, the decision is made by a combination of spectral maxima visually or by correlating them with a combination of the spectral maxima of the noise of the reference weld.
The sensor mounting unit of the acoustic signals must provide a tight acoustic contact of the sensor with the surface of the seam, usually uneven, and therefore it is designed as a hollow hermetic elastic ring equipped with a device for filling with pressurized gas, for example, a fitting for connection to a pump, balloon, etc. ., and acoustically coupled to the sensor (the sensor can be attached to the ring surface).
