Abstract
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the metal structure. The lining of the underground pressure conduit includes an outer concrete lining 1 and a metal shell. The metal sheath in the lower part (LF) 3 of the axial horizontal section is made smaller thickness. The upper part 2 of the pa section of the interface with the LF is equipped with anchors 4; directed tangentially and embedded in the woofer of a concrete lining or into a rocky massif 5. The direction of the anchors 4 tangential to the surface of the metal shell corresponds to the direction of the supporting force that they perceive. The weight of the metal cladding in the woofer, perceiving only some of the internal pressure of the water is lower than at the upper, and the rest of the pressure is perceived by the anchors 4. 1 Il. Description
The invention relates to hydraulic construction and can be used in the construction of pressure tunnels in rocky soils.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the metal structure.
The drawing shows the proposed underground pressure conduit, cross-section.
5.The combined lining of a pressure conduit consists of an external reinforced concrete lining 1 and a metal shell, in the form of a circle in cross section, including the upper part 2 and the lower part behind the axial horizontal section, 3, and the lower part 3 is made smaller, and the upper part 2 the lower part is provided with anchors 4, directed tangentially and embedded in the lower part of the concrete lining or with a rocky massif 5.
The combined lining of the proposed design works as follows.
1.The upper part 2 of the metal shell perceives total internal pressure, and the lower part 3 of the metal shell of lesser thickness perceives some part of the internal pressure (for example, pressure), transferring the rest (pressure) through the concrete lining 1 to the rock, and the transmitted part of the internal pressure compresses bottom of concrete lining 1.
The anchors 4, attached to the upper part 2 of the metal shell, are designed for a perception pressure of 50 ° C and the rest of the internal pressure is sensed by the lower part 3 of the shell.
The length of the anchor 4 should ensure their reliable sealing in the concrete lining 1. If necessary, anchoring devices can be made at the ends of the anchor or they can be embedded in the rock.
The direction of the anchors 4 tangentially to the surface of the metal shell corresponds to the direction of the supporting force, which they perceive.
