FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to fish inhalers, specifically to devices for cutting fish.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design, which is achieved as a result of using elastic elements for adjusting the knife movements in height, depending on the size of the fish, this simplifies the kinematics of the device by eliminating sprockets, pulleys, gears.
