Abstract

Изобретение относитс к оборудованию дл очистных забоев и повьппает безопасность работы обслуживающего персонала за счет предотвращени попадани породы кровли и кусков отбитого угл в пространство крепи очистного комплекса. Дл этого секци крепи имеет фигурный защитный лист 1, опирающийс на цилиндрическую поверхность , и уступ 2 забойного конца перекрыти 3. Вдоль защитного листа 1 и перекрыти расположены прикрепленные к последнему выдвижные борта 8. На - ; перекрытии 3 шарнирно закреплен лоток 4, причем ось шарнира 5 совпадает с осью гидростойки 6. При передвижке секции крепи защитный лист 1 находитс в контакте с кровлей. После передвижки крепи гидростойкой 6 производитс распор защитного листа в кровлю . За счет цилиндрической поверхности и уступа забойного конца перекрыти 3 обеспечиваетс максимальное усилие прижати . Выдвижные борта 8 перекрывают межсекционные зазоры на всю длину крепи. При подходе комбайна к секции крепи откидываетс лоток 4, что предотвращает попадание отбитого угл верхним шнеком комбайна и повышает безопасность дл обслуживающего персонала, 2 ил.
