Abstract
1 з.п. С S (ЛThe invention relates to the oil and gas industry, is intended to eliminate and dispose of griffon formations and makes it possible to most fully capture field gas griffins in an area of large size and complex shape. To do this, a trap is first constructed by deconstructing the area with a foundation (F) 5. Inside the F 5, a degassing well (DS) 1 is installed, which is a gas collector. The perforations 2, available in DS 1, are in porous reservoir 12. Simultaneously with the installation of DS 1, a gas-permeable layer (HPS) 3 is formed around it by traps by dumping a drainage layer from the bottom layer of gravity and maintain below this pressure a layer of atmospheric pressure. Then insulate the FMS 3 gas-tight layer 4, made of sand and concrete. Layer 4 firmly interlocks with crushed rock and F 5. Then, a vacuum pump 8 is connected to DS 1 through gas pipelines 7, which degass the reservoir 12. The gas moves from it to DS 1 and HPS 3. Then the gas is withdrawn the installation 9 for its cleaning and the collection container 10, from where it is supplied to the consumer. 1 hp f-ly, 1 ill. With S (L

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used to eliminate and dispose of griffon formations in gas and oil areas.
Способ осуществл ют следующим образом .The aim of the invention is to provide the most complete trapping of field gas griffins in an area of large size and complex shape. The drawing shows a device for implementing the proposed method. The method is carried out as follows.
10,A degassing well 1 with perforated openings 2 is constructed, which is a gas outlet manifold. A gas-permeable layer 3 with an impermeable roof 4, which is connected to the foundation 5, is built around the degassing well. At the same time, the wellhead is equipped with a safety valve 6 and connected by a gas pipeline 7 to a vacuum pump 8, a gas cleaning unit 9 and a collecting tank 10,
10At the preparatory stage, on the identified area of maximum griffin formation, for example, 25x45 m in size with gas breakthroughs through cracks 11, about 250 thousand install a degassing well 1. 1 и коллектору-ловушке 3. 1 and the collector trap 3. The process is carried out in such a way that the pressure inside the collector trap 3 is 0.09-0.095 MPa. Subsequently, the gas through gas pipelines 7 enters the gas cleaning unit 9 and the collection tank 10, from where it is supplied to the consumer.
The process of utilization of gas griffins is controlled by the pressure inside the collector-trap 3, for which a safety valve 6 is installed at the wellhead. In case of gas pressure inside the structure above the permissible valve opens and the excess gas from the collector-trap is discharged directly to the atmosphere. When the permissible pressure in the gas-permeable layer 3 is restored, the valve closes and the gas is sucked into the collection vessel.
хоз йства .The use of the proposed method, along with the elimination of griffin formation as a source of environmental pollution, fire hazard and other complications, at the same time provides additional fuel for the needs of the national economy.
