Abstract
(ЛThe invention relates to electrical engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of contact. A contact socket consists of a housing 1 and 2 contact elements arranged in its cavity, made in the form of individual wires, equally spaced, fixed by one end 3 in the slots 4 of the lead-in part of the housing and bent by a free end at an angle to the generatrix. The contact elements are made of various lengths, with the short contact elements 5 located between the long contact elements 6. The angle of inclination of the short contact elements 5 to the generatrix is greater than the angle of the long contact elements 6, the distance between which for the length of the short contact elements is not less than the diameter of the contact elements. When the contacting rod is inserted into the contact socket, the short contact elements 5 are folded back and have the opportunity to enter the forks of the elements without obstructing the further movement of the pin. In the working position, the contact elements with pressure cover the contacting rod in two sections. The required degree of contact pressure is achieved due to the angle of inclination of the contact elements to the generator. The diameter of the rod is larger than the diameter of the hole inscribed inside the contact elements, which is formed by the ends of the contact elements. The design of the contact socket significantly increases the current load by increasing the number of contact elements and reduces the transient resistance. 4 il. (L
Description

Изобретение относитс к электротехнике , в частности к гнездам с отдельными упрз г : элементами, и может быть использоЕзио дл сильноточных разъединителей различного назначени , I Цель изобретени - повышение надеж ности контактировани .The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to jacks with separate equipment: elements, and can be used for high-current disconnectors for various purposes, I The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of contact.
Fig. 1 shows a contact socket, a general view in section, in Fig. 2, the same from the input side of the counterpart in Fig. 3, the interaction of the contact elements in an intermediate state; FIG. 4 is the same in the operating state.
A contact socket consists of a housing 1 and 2 contact elements arranged in its cavity, made in B1 beyond individual wires, equally spaced, fixed at one end 3 in the slots 4 of the lead-in part of the housing and bent by a free end at an angle to the generator, and the contact elements are made of different lengths, with a short contact elements 5 located between long contact elements 6. The angle of inclination of the short contact elements 5 to the generatrix is greater than the angle of inclination of the long contact elements 6, DRA between which a length of short contact elements of at least the diameter of the contact elements,
1.The assembly of the contact socket consists in installing in the slots 4 the lead-in part of the body 1 alternately short 5 and long 6 contact elements and fixing them with the aid of an outer cup 7, which presses them against the body 1.
In order to provide contact pressure on the surface of the contacting rod, the contact elements must converge on a diameter smaller than the calculated diameter of the contacting rod, which is not possible when placing the calculated number of contact elements in one section. The operability of the contact socket can be achieved by contacting the contact elements in
двух сечени х (как в предлагаемом контактном гнезде) за счет разновеликой длины контактных элементов, устанавливаемых поочередно.two sections (as in the proposed contact socket) due to the different length of the contact elements, installed alternately.
Contact socket works as follows.
When the contacting rod is inserted into the contact socket, the short contact elements 5 are bent and
имеют возможность заходить в развилку элементов 6, не преп тству дальнейшему движению штьф (фиг,3), В рабочем положении контактные элементы с давлением охватывают контактирующийhave the opportunity to enter the fork of elements 6, not preventing the further movement of the pin (FIG. 3). In the working position the contact elements with pressure cover the contacting
The necessary degree of contact pressure is achieved due to the angle of inclination of the contact
The diameter of the rod is larger inside
контактных элементов диаметра отверсти , образованного концами контактных элементов.contact elements of the diameter of the hole formed by the ends of the contact elements.
Предлагаемое контактное гнездо (по сравнению с известными), значительно увеличивает токовую нагрузку за счет увеличени количества контактных элементов и уменьшает переходное сопротивление .The proposed contact socket (in comparison with the known ones) significantly increases the current load by increasing the number of contact elements and reduces the contact resistance.
