Description
Изобретение относитс к сварочным материалам, а именно электродным покрыти м, предназначенным дл дуговой сварки покрытым электродом никел марки НП-2.The invention relates to welding materials, namely, electrode coatings intended for arc welding with NP-2 coated nickel electrode.
The aim of the invention is to improve the hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of welded joints in obtaining the structure of a single-phase solid solution of the weld metal.
130-260 .The introduction of tungsten carbide in the coating composition from 0.5 to 23.1% allows to increase the hardness of the weld metal in the range of 130-260.
1The x-ray analysis of the weld metal from the measurement of the nickel lattice parameter determined the solubility of tungsten carbide in nickel. It is established that the maximum solubility of tungsten carbide in the nickel weld metal is 16.3 wt.%, Which corresponds to its content in the coating 23.1 May.%. The increase in tungsten carbide in the coating is more than 23.1%, for example 25.9% (Table 1; composition 9), does not change the lattice parameter of the nickel solution, and is well seen on radiographs 1

2). This is also confirmed by metallographic analysis. Thus, it is noted that for all amounts of tungsten carbide in the weld metal from 0.20 to 16.3 wt.%, A single phase structure is observed — polyhedra of tungsten carbide solid solution in nickel. An increase in the content of tungsten carbide in the seam to 16.3 wt.% (23.1%, respectively, in the coating) leads to the appearance of traces of eutectic in the metal structure (WC + Ni-phase). When the content in the weld metal is more than 16.3 wt.% Tungsten carbide, a two-phase structure is formed. However, the content of the eutectic is small and approximately amounts to 2-3 vol.%.
1.To test for wear and corrosion resistance of welded joints, samples of NP-2 nickel with a thickness of 4.0 mm with electrodes of 4 mm diameter are made, the rod is made of NP-2 at a constant current of reverse polarity with a strength of welding current I80 -200A. and voltage across the arc 28–32V. Specific compositions of the electrode coating are given in Table. one.

3, сварные соединени , выполненные электродами с данным покрытием, характеризуютс высокой износостойкостью, а коррозионна стойкость в окислительной среде (сопротивление окислению по потере веса) металла шва, выше, чем у основного металла (никель НП-2).As can be seen from the results presented in table. 3, the welded joints made by the electrodes with this coating are characterized by high wear resistance, and the corrosion resistance in an oxidizing environment (resistance to oxidation by weight loss) of the weld metal is higher than that of the base metal (nickel NP-2).
При этом установлены предельные содержани этих компонентов в покрытии, мас,%:The content in the coating composition of marble, fluorspar, and titanium dioxide provides a sufficiently reliable protection of the weld pool, contributes to the formation of the required amount of welding slag and allows to achieve the required characteristics of arc burning. At the same time, the maximum content of these components in the coating was established, wt.%:
