Abstract

The invention relates to pipe vehicles and can be used in the transverse transfer of tubes in tube rolling shops or in mechanical factories.

The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the adjustment of the device to pipes of different diameters.

The device comprises a turning shaft 1 with a short lever 2, with an elongated lever 3 with roller 4 on the end and with a return mechanism in the form of a counterweight 5 and a locking mechanism with a body in the form of a tube 6, with an arc guide 7, which can be an elongated extension 8, and with the rolling bodies 10 installed in the guide in succession by the pin 9, with sector 11 interacting with the short lever. The pipe may roll along an inclined grate 12, having a lifting actuator 13, and be transmitted to a roller table 14.

The device works in the following way.

The pipes roll along an inclined grid 12, the angle of which is controlled by a drive 13 of lift, depending on the diameter of the pipes.
