Abstract

This invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics, intended for compression during osteosynthesis, and allows for increased stability of under-osteosynthesis. The device contains an overlay 1 with a curved end 2, teeth 3 and a groove for a screw 5, an eccentric 6 with a hole under the screw 5. Install the device, screw the screw 5 near the eccentric 6 turned down, and rotate it clockwise. The pad 1 is lowered along the thigh, pressing teeth 3 into its neck. Description

The invention relates to medical technology, namely to traumatology and orthopedics.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of nodulation osteosynthesis.

FIG. 1 shows a compression device for osteosynthesis of the femur, frontal projection; in fig. 2 - the same side view.

A compression device for osteosynthesis contains a lining 1 with a curved end 2 of rounded shape, the front edge of which has a tooth 3. On the lining 1 there is a groove 4 for the adjusting shchurup 5. Below the groove 4 there is a disc eccentric 6 with a well 7 for the adjusting shchurup 5. Disc The eccentric 6 is connected to the cover 1 by a screw 8 and has openings 9 on the outside of the fork wrench (not shown). The cover plate I is attached to the back with fixing screws 10.

At the end of the rotation, the disc eccentric 6 goes into the hole 7 under the cheek of the adjusting screw 5 and locks securely, ensuring its immobility.

The fixing shchupy 10 in the bone are screwed through the corresponding holes in the patch 1 and the adjusting screw 5 is screwed all the way down with its tongue into the outer surface of the disc eccentric 6 pressed to the patch 1. The wound is layered in layers. After consolidation, the device is removed in reverse order.

The use of the proposed device accelerates the time of consolidation, while reducing the likelihood of complications.
