Цель способа - повышение точности определени формы буксирного троса , что достигаетс путем проведени из.мерени координат отдельных точек троса в динамике при заданном режиме буксировки. Способ заключаетс в следуюшем. Буксируемую систему вывод т на заданный режим буксировки, при этом на трос воздействуют определенные усили , которые вызывают его деформацию. После того как режим буксировки установитс , на трос в точке начала отсчета устанавливают прибор, который под воздействием встречного потока воды скользит по тросу. При своем скольжении по тросу прибор одновременно фиксирует пройденное рассто ние и глубину своего нахождени .
