Изобретение относитс  к медицине и может быть применено дл  количественного определени  специфических антител, относ щихс  к разным классам иммуноглобулинов. Пель изобретени  - упрощение способа путем инкубации сыворотки со специфическим антигеном с последующим определением концентрации иммуноглобулинов методом радиальной иммунодиффузии в этой интактной сыворотке. Дл  этого исследуемую сыворотку крови дел т на две пробы, одну из них инкубируют в лунках микрокамер дл  иммунологических реакций с высущенным на их стенках корпускул рны.м антигеном . Затем в пробах сыворотки определ ют концентрацию иммуноглобулинов G, М, А методом радиальной иммунодиффузии. По разнице содержани  иммуноглобулинов в интактной и смешанной с антигеном пробах суд т о концентрации специфических анти тел разных классов в исследуемой сыворотке.The invention relates to medicine and can be applied to quantify specific antibodies belonging to different classes of immunoglobulins.
