Цель изобретени - повышение качества ткани, гфеимущеетвенно из стекловолокна , н облегчение условий труда. Способ осуществл ют следующим обраНити 1 основы сматывают с паковок 2, завод т в глазки 3 нитенаправителей 4, формируют слои нитей на нескольких уровн х и направл ют эти слои через распределительное устройство к ткацкому станку (не ноказаны). Сматывание нитей 1 нроизвод т одновременно с внутренней и внещней сторон наковок 2. Нити 1, идущие непосредственно с паковок 2, завод т так, что в смежных глазках 3 нитенаправителей 4 размещают попеременно нити со смежных по высоте паковок 2 (фиг. 1 и 2). Нити 6, выход нхие из предшествующего нитенаправител 4, завод т в последующий со смещением от оси А-А, проход щей через центры сто ьцих одна за другой паковок (фиг. 3). Но одну сторону от оси А-А распола|ают нити, сматывае.мые с внешней стороны паковок, наход щихс на одной из полок 5, а по другую сторону от этой оси располагают нити, сматываемые с внутренней стороны наковок 2, наход щихс на смежной вышерасноложенной нолке 5. Формирование слоев нитей начинают с близлежащей к станку наковки. Сход н;ую с ее внешней стороны нить размещают в глазке 3, расположенном на оси А-А паковок 2. Справа от глазка 3 размещают нить, сход щую изнутри вышележащей паковки 2. Затем слева от глазка 3, расноложенного на оси А-А,размещают нить, сход щую также снаружи сзади расположенной наковки 2, а во второй глазок справа от оси А-А заправл ют нить, сход щую изнутри сзади расположенной паковки 2 и т. д. Таким образо.м в слое нитей данного уровн сама крайн слева от оси А-А нить сматываетс снаружи самой задней из р да паковок, а сама крайн нить справа от этой оси - изнутри самой задней смежного но высоте р да паковки. Дальнейша заправка и формирование основы производитс известным образом. Нредлагаемый способ позвол ет за счет сокращени времени срабатывани паковки повысить качество ткани, а за счет уменьщени габаритов щпул рника нри равной плотности ткани но основе - сократить марщрут обслуживани и таким образом облегчить услови труда.
