Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике. Цель изобретени уменьшение травматизма животного. Устройство содержит корпус 1 и защитный экран, состо щий из двух скоб 2 и 3 коробчатой формы. Корпус выполнен в виде разъемного конусообразного хомута с окнами. Скобы 2 и 3 шарнирно закреплены .на корпусе и снабжены замковым устройством 7.
