The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of b / s iCr: g 1 EffKJ, :: ti destruction and removal of PSV. Hydrocarbon gas from a high pressure source is fed to a riser pipe (IIT). It displaces the fluid in the PT into the annulus between the PT and the production column and fills the entire PSV deposition zone. Part of the gas is in contact with the existing deposits. In the form of the smallest bubbles, the gas penetrates into the interior of the PSV deposits, dissolves and dissolves in them. The mesh structure of the deposit is destroyed and the viscosity is significantly reduced. After the dissolution of the gas is completed, a sharp decrease in pressure is produced by discharging through the PT column. This leads to the release of dissolved gas, which increases in volume and in: it in turn destroys the CW and facilitates their removal to the surface. Then this entire cycle of the process is repeated 3-4 times. 1 il. u VI y with EO
Description
The invention relates to oil production, in particular, to the operation of oil wells that produce ficonous steam, during operation of which paraffin-resinous substances are deposited on underground and surface pipes.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of destruction and removal of paraffin-resin substances to the surface. The drawing shows a diagram of a device for implementing the proposed method.
The method is carried out in the following sequence.
Hydrocarbon gas 1 from a high pressure source 12 is fed into the column of the riser tubes 3., displaces the liquid 4 in them, into the annulus 5 between the column under the bushes of the tube 3 and the operational column 6 and fills the entire
In this case, a part of the gas is in contact with the sediment: in the form of tiny bubbles, wiring: inside the parafin-resin sediment, saturates and dissolves in them, destroying the sediment network and significantly reducing viscosity. gas produces a sharp decrease in pressure by pushing through a column of riser tubes 3 a. A sharp decrease in pressure leads to the release of dissolved gas, which significantly increases in volume, destroying the parafinite resin. e aiding substances and their E1ynosu the surface flow. Then, the entire process cycle — the introduction of gas into the sediment zone, the discharge of wells under pressure over time to saturate the deposits with gas, and the subsequent sharp decrease in pressure — is repeated 3-4 times.
The method is equally acceptable before cleaning the pipes of paraffin-resin substances for both gas-lift, and for well and pumping wells, although some preparatory work is required for the latter.
Дл этого вначале необходимо выдавить газом жидкость из трубопровода, оставить его под давлением дл растворени отложений , а затем резко снизить давление ,It is possible to use the proposed method for cleaning oil lines in oil wells. To do this, you first need to squeeze the liquid from the pipeline with gas, leave it under pressure to dissolve the deposits, and then sharply reduce the pressure
An example of the method for a gas-lift anhydrous well with the following basic data: well filter 2599-2604 m; single bed lift design; descent diameter and depth 21/2 - 2570m; static level from 300m; the depth of the beginning of the deposition of paraffin-resinous substances 850m; paraffin content of 7.5%; the proportion of oil is 865 kg / m. The deparafinisadia method is pumping hydrocarbon gas, which is a product of gas and gas condensate wells. The frequency of pumping 1 time per week. The pressure in the annulus (working pressure) is 65 kg /, pressure in. oil and gas collection system 8 kg / cm. Initially, the annular space of the well is discharged to the pressure in the oil and gas collection system. Then they transfer the injection line with the lift pipes and supply gas with a pressure P of 65 kg / cm. In this case, the fluid from the cavity of the lift pipes is forced into the annulus. The fluid level in the pipes is determined from the expression

Дл данной скважины она составл ет 2 раза в неделю .Substituting the numerical values, we obtain H 960 m. Thus, for the conditions considered, in the pipes 960 m from the mouth the hydrocarbon gas occupies, i.e. completely covers the area of deposition of paraffin-resin substances. Filling the lift pipes with gas, pressurize it for at least 5 minutes to saturate and dissolve the deposit, and then discharge it sharply into the oil and gas collection system. The cycle is repeated 3-4 times. The frequency of processing the tubing is chosen in a practical way. For this well, it is 2 times a week.
