Abstract
Изобретение касаетс аналитической химии, в частности приготовлени индикаторной бумаги (ИБ) . на аскорбиновую кислоту, и может быть использовано в химико-фармацевтических производствах витамина С. Увеличение длительности хранени ИБ достигаетс использованием другой обработки фильтровальной бумаги.Приготовление ИБ ведут обработкой фильтровальной бумаги химическим реагентом - смесью, полученной при обработке раствора сульфата или хлорида меди растворами NHj или тринатрийцитрата и нитропруссида натри . Затем бумагу высушивают и разрезают на полоски. Хран т ИБ в плотно закрытых картонных коробках. Определение аскорбиновой кислоты ведут смачиванием ИБ исследуемым раствором. Возникновение ржаво-бурой окраски свидетельствует о наличии аскорбино (Л вой кислоты.
