ч1 Изобретение относитс  к медицине, а именно к акушерству. Цель изобретени  - повышение воспроизводимости способа путем внутривенного введени  йефротоксической сыворотки. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом . Крольчихе породы шиншилла в краевую вену на 7-12 день беременности ввод т 0,1-0,5 г/кг нефротоксической сыворотки с титром противопочечтлх антител 1:32 при проведении реакции пассивной гемагглютинации по Байдену Через 7 сут провод т контроль за показател ми свертываемости крови, регионарной гемодинамики и массой плодов. Получают уменьшение объе1Ушо го кровотока в матке на 25-40% по сравнению с интактными животными, , периферическое сопротивление матки увеличиваетс  почти в 2 раза. Одновременно с этим в крови животных от мечают гемотологические изменени  параметров свертываемости крови. Пример. Кролик-самка, шиншил ла, масса 3,8 кг, беременность 112 дн. Производ т забор крови животного и определ ют параметры тромбоэластограммы и фибринологическ ло активность крови.
