The purpose of the invention is to provide an examination of hollow organs deep in the body. FIG. .1 is a top view of the position of the first X-ray stereopair shot; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a top view of the second image of the X-ray stereo pair. The stereo X-ray cassette has a rectangular case 1 odds we, made, for example, of plexiglass. Upper Wall 2 of housing 1 is covered with a layer of metal 3 having a high atomic number, for example with lead, and is covered with varnish 4. In the top wall 2 a window 5 is made of a rectangular shape, covered with a plate 6 of material, X-ray permeable, for example, Plexiglas. The inner walls 7 of the housing 1 are mutually parallel, polished and coated with a thin layer of liquid lubricant. The inner walls 7 act as guides for the piston 8, made for example of Plexiglas. The piston 8 has a flat rectangular shape with an external groove 9, in which the X-ray film 10 is located, is charged into the light-tight bag 11. At the head of the piston 8 there is a notch 12 and a curved channel channel 13 with an inlet 14 at the end of the piston, and an exit 15 - on its side. The piston 8 performs the role of a carriage for moving the X-ray film 10. At the distal end of the cassette case a removable tip 16 is fixed oval. The tip 16 has a visor 17 covering the opening 18 in the upper wall of the housing 1 for charging the X-ray film 10. At the tip 16 there is a through hole 19 needed to evacuate the air from the housing 1 of the cartridge during the movement of the piston 8. The opposite side of the housing of the cartridge has a blind a wall 20 in which a pipe 21, a tube 22 and a rod 23 are fastened. All these elements are connected to a semi-flexible hose 24. A hose 24 is intended to guide the recording portion of the cassette c. study area. It has a flat shape and two tides of 25 and 26. A scale 27 is applied on the outer surface of the hose to determine the depth of insertion of the cassette into the cavity. The rod 23 is designed to increase the rigidity of the connection of the housing 1 with the hose 24. Inside the hose 24 there are two channels 28 and 29. The channel 28 connects the pipe 21 with a syringe 30 fixed in the tide 25, and the channel 29 connects the pipe 22 with a pneumatic indicator 31 The pneumatic indicator 31 has a glass cylinder 32 with a piston 33. The cylinder 32 is connected with the atmosphere 34. Through the tube 22, the pneumatic indicator 31 is connected by a channel 35 extending in the side wall of the housing 1 with an opening 36 located on the inner surface of the side wall of the housing 1. The piston 8 motion stop 37 is located in the head section. The stereo X-ray cassette is used as follows. When removing the tip 16, the piston-carriage 8 is moved with the syringe 30 to the extreme position until it stops at the stop 37. In this position of the piston-cartridge 8, the X-ray film 10 packed into the light-tight paper bag 11 is inserted into the groove 9 and thereafter 16 is brought to the operating position. The piston-carriage 8 is returned to the first starting position with a syringe ZO, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. In this position, the cassette is inserted into the cavity and brought by a hose 24 to the object of study. The area of interest and the depth of insertion of the cassette are determined by light endoscopy. X-rays are performed on a standard X-ray diagnostic apparatus. After the first image is taken, the piston-carriage 8 is moved by the syringe 30 until it stops at the stop 37. In the extreme position, part of the air from the syringe 30 flows through channel 13, hole 36, channel 35, tube 22 and channel 29 into the pneumatic indicator 31, resulting in a piston 33 moves in cylinder 32 to a new position, as shown in FIG. 3. The indication of the pneumatic indicator 31 is guided to make the second snapshot of the stereo pair. The second x-ray image is obtained after displacing the x-ray tube by the base distance. The obtained X-ray images are studied on a stereoscope and measured on a stereo pair. In addition to medicine, the proposed cassette can be used in industry for the purposes of X-ray defectoscopy in detecting shells, cracks and other defects in the walls of openings of complex parts.
