Description
1 Изобретение относитс к уплотнительным прокладкам пластинчатых теплообменников и может быть использовано в химический, нефт ной и пищевой проньшшенности. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности и упрощение технологии изготовлени . На фиг.1 изображена предлагаема : прокладка; на фиг.2 - разрез А-А на фиг.1; на фиг.З - разрез Б-Б на фиг.2; на фиг.4-7 - прокладка, поперечный разрез, варианты выполнени . Прокладка 1, установленна в пазу 2.теплообменной пластины 3, име: ет углублени 4 под фиксирующие выс; тупы 5. Эти углублени 4 под все фик : сирующие выступы 5 выполнены в виде ; одного непрерывного продольного паза 6, KOTOpfiM может иметь в поперечном сечении форму ласточкина хвоста, пр моугольника, .тавра,и т.д.. в зави56 симости от формы фиксирующих выступов 5. Прокладка 1 устанавливаетс на фиксирующих выступах 5 и в процессе сборки прочно удерживаетс на пластине 3. При сжатии пакета пластин 3 прокладка 1 сжимаетс , при этом благодар возможности перемещени прокладки по фиксирующему выступу 5 вдоль паза 6.контактные напр жени на прокладке 1 по периметру выравниваютс , что обеспечивает одинаковую надежность по герметизации всех ее участков. Кроме того, наличие сплошного продольного паза 6 в нижней части прокладки 1 обеспечивает равномерную ее деформацию по всей высоте сечени , исключа тем самым участки концентрации высоких напр жений , что способствует значительному снижению накоплени остаточной деформации, увеличива одновременно ресурс работоспособности уплотнени и его надежность.1 The invention relates to sealing gaskets for plate heat exchangers and can be used in chemical, petroleum and food permeability. In addition, the presence of a continuous longitudinal groove 6 in the lower part of the gasket 1 ensures its uniform deformation over the entire height of the section, eliminating areas of high stress concentration, which contributes to a significant reduction in the accumulation of residual deformation, simultaneously increasing the service life of the seal and its reliability.
