На вход исследуемого СВЧустройства (аттенюатора 3) подаетс импульсно-модулированный сигнал генератора 1 , который промодулирован фазовым модул тором 2. Выходной сигнал аттенюатора 3 при помощи гетеродина 5 и смесител 4 преобразуетс в сигнал промежуточной частоты. Этот сигнал сравниваетс с опорным сигналом в измерителе 6 отношений. Точность повьшаетс за счет осуществлени фазовой модул ции по линейному закону с частотой Q ,где t часто .та импульсной модул ции, Q скважность , h- целое число.
