Description
This invention relates to multi-field rotational gamma irradiation methods.
Кроме того, известные способы облучени (кроме тангенциального, имеющего ограниченную область применени ) не позвол ют равномерно, концентрированно облучать прот женные опухоли цилиндрической формы (например, опухоли пищевода).The known methods of rotational gamma and radiotherapy are based on the movement of one or two radiation sources relative to the object of irradiation. An increase in the dose rate at gamma irradiation is associated with an increase in the size of the source, a deterioration in the conditions of beam collimation and, consequently, with additional irradiation of healthy tissues. In addition, the known methods of irradiation (except for the tangential one, which has a limited scope) do not allow uniformly and irradiating irradiating extensively cylindrical tumors (for example, esophageal tumors).
The purpose of the invention is to increase the dose rate during gamma irradiation without worsening the conditions of collimation, and changing the conditions of collimation, to obtain uniform, concentrated irradiation of volumes both in the form of a ball and in the form of a cylinder of different length.
чертеж), в замкнутом / которого помещена сери гамма-источников 2, излучение которых направл етс серией диафрагм 3 на очаг облучени .For this, a multi-field rotational gamma irradiation method is proposed, in which a series of isotopic gamma sources is located in one line in a protective cylindrical housing equipped with a series of diaphragms. The diaphragms of the same line are the same, they pass beams of the same cross section, but are differently oriented in space, and all the beams can either intersect at one point on the swing axis, or evenly irradiate a known portion of the swing axis. The entire device rotates in the direction perpendicular to the source placement line. Rotation of the protective casing around the axis of the location of the sources, in addition to changing the radiation fields, simultaneously provides the function of the shutter, which blocks the radiation in a known position. The method is carried out with the help of a device (see drawing), in a closed circuit of which a series of gamma sources 2 are placed, the radiation of which is directed by a series of diaphragms 3 to the source of radiation.
Present invention
Способ гамма-облучени , отличающийс тем, что, с цельюулучшени коллимации пучков лучей или повышени мощности дозы и возможности равномерно и концеитрировапно облучать как шаровые, так и линейно прот женные объекты, примен етс многопольно-ротац онное облучение, при котором совокупно используетс сери изотопных гамма-источников, расположенных в цилиндрическом заш,итном кожухе с серией диафрагм в одну линию при одновременном качании всех источников в направлении, перпендикул рном линии размещени источников .A gamma-irradiation method, characterized in that, in order to improve the beam beam collimation or increase the dose rate and the ability to irradiate both ball and linearly extended objects evenly and terminally, multi-field rotational irradiation is used, which jointly uses a series of isotopic gammas - sources located in a cylindrical zashh, ithnom casing with a series of diaphragms in one line while all sources are rocking in the direction perpendicular to the line of placement of sources.
