Abstract
/ 6 Фиг.1 к ел се о 4 СО Фиг.1The invention is intended to combat the ingestion of mining equipment and allows for greater efficiency in the operation of the nozzle by reducing energy losses due to the friction of the fluid jet. For this, the insert 2, housed in the nozzle body 1, is provided with a protrusion 3 having the shape of a part of the surface of a hollow cylinder. Inset 2, the central channel (K) 4 and additional K 5, offset from the axis of the housing 1 and oriented perpendicular to the cylindrical surface of the protrusion 3, are drawn. The liquid in K 6 enters K 4 and through K 5 is formed into flat jets emerging from nozzles. Due to the shape of the protrusion 3 of the insert 2, the formation of liquid into flat jets occurs with less energy loss due to friction of the liquid jet. This is due to the absence of losses due to the change in the direction of fluid movement when passing through K 4. 4 Il 1O (L. / / 6 Figure 1 to ate about 4 CO Figure 1
Description
Изобретение относитс к горной промьлиленности и может быть использовано дл борьбы с пылью при работ горного оборудовани .The invention relates to mining industrialization and can be used to control dust during mining operations.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the nozzle operation by reducing the energy loss due to friction of the jet of fluid.

6.The nozzle includes a housing that has an insert 2 placed therein, which is formed with a protrusion 3 having the shape of a part of the surface of a hollow cylinder. In the insert there is a central channel 4 and additional ones. channels 5 displaced relative to the nozzle body and oriented perpendicular to the cylindrical surface of the protrusion 3. Fluid is supplied to the nozzle through channel 6.
The nozzle works as follows.
Fluid through channel 6 enters the central channel 4 and through additional channels 5 is formed into flat jets emerging from the nozzle. In this case, due to the shape of the protrusion of the protrusion 3 of the insert 2, the formation of the liquid in the flat jets occurs with the least energy loss due to friction of the liquid jet, which is caused by the absence of losses due to the change in the direction of the fluid moving as it passes through the central channel.
