Description

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used for cutting sheet material into blanks.

The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the cut blanks.

The device for cutting sheet material comprises a frame 1 with a fixed knife 2 and guides 3 in which the knife beam 4 with an inclined knife 5 is located, the drive 6 of the knife beam, the pressure beam 7 with the clamp 8 and a clamping mechanism including a fixed scissors frame housing 9 with guides 10, movable table 11 and table drive 12.

The device works as follows.

Sheet material of a certain thickness is fed to the fixed table of bed 1. After pressing the sheet with the clamp 8, the nozhev beam 4 with the inclined knife 5 with the help of the actuator 6 moves along the guides 3 in the lower position to the fixed knife 2 and begins to cut the workpiece from the main part and the sheet. The table 11 of the clamping mechanism at this moment, elastically preloaded by the actuator 12, begins to descend and turn to the angle of inclination of the upper knife.

In the process of cutting, a part of the workpiece is cut from the lower level of the inclined knife is clamped between the upper knife and the edge of the table supporting surface of the clamping mechanism (Fig. 3), which causes the workpiece to bend elastically under the action of external forces to the concave surface of the table.

After the end of the strip dividing cycle, i.e. after raising the knife beam with the inclined knife to the upper position, the cut billet is elastically leveled and takes on a shape that does not need to be straightened.

DEVICE FOR CUTTING SHEET MATERIAL, comprising a bed with a table, on which a fixed knife is mounted, mounted in the guide blades of the knife with a movable knife, a knife beam drive and a clamp located on the supply side of the material, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of the cut workpieces, it is equipped with a housing located on the side of the workpiece being cut off and fixed on the bed with vertical guides and movably located in the said guides with a table with a drive installed with the possibility of rotation in a plane perpendicular to the axis of supply of the material, while the table surface from the side of the workpiece being cut off at the upper position of the knife beam is located at the same level with the cutting edge of the lower knife and is made concave.
