The invention relates to agricultural weaving industry, in particular, to root heads from the foliage of root crops, used in the machines for harvesting sugar beet.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning the heads of the root crops from the residues of the leaves and reducing the knockout of the root crops from the soil.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of the proposed head cleaner for root crops from a foliage on the vine, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. I.

The root head cleaner is made of a horizontal shaft 1 on which hard disks 2 with radial cuts 3 are mounted. U-shaped flexible cleaning elements 5 are fixed on the periphery of the radially cut and crimped parts 4 of the hard disk 2, which consist of a short inner part 6 and

5 Cleaner heads of root vegetables works as follows.
