Description

При применении известных способов подъема бурового инструмента из скважин большой глубины первые трубы, как правило, поднимаютс с глинистым раствором «с сифоном. После отвинчивани труб, глинистый раствор из них вытекает пр мо на пол буровой- Примен ема защита (юбка) против разбрызгивани глинистого раствора не создает условий дл сохранени раствора в скважине. В св зи с этим буровым бригадам приходитс прерывать подъем бурильных труб дл дополнительной закачки в скважину глинистого раствора с целью восстановлени потерь, св занных с подъемом труб «с сифоном.When using known methods of lifting a drilling tool from deep wells, the first pipes, as a rule, are raised with a mud solution with a siphon. After unscrewing the pipes, the mud from them flows directly onto the floor of the drilling rig. The applied protection (skirt) against splashing of the mud does not create the conditions for the mud to remain in the well. In connection with this, the drilling crew has to interrupt the raising of the drill pipes in order to further pump mud into the well in order to recover losses associated with lifting the pipes with a siphon.

Предлагаемое устройство устран ет этот недостаток тем, что вытеснение глинистого раствора из поднимаемого бурового инструмента в скважину производ т при помощи сжатого воздуха во врем подъема очередной свечи.,The proposed device eliminates this drawback by displacing the mud from the raised drilling tool into the well using compressed air during the lifting of the next candle.

Перед началом подъема бурильного инструмента из скважины гибкий рукав 2 при помощи крючка 7 прикрепл ют к талевому блоку 8, который , опуска сь впиз, сматывает рукав 2 с барабана 1 первой ступени; при этом стальной трос 9 с грузом 10 наматываетс на вторую ступень барабана /. После переноса штропов па элеватор, пробку 4 приспособлени 3, укрепленного на конце рукава 2, при помош,и маховика 5 заворачивают в верхнюю муфту трубы, затем открывают кран дл пуска сжатого воздуха в поднимаемую трубу и производ т подъем колонны бурильных труб. Когда труба достигнет уровн полатей, верховой рабочий перекрызает краном впуск сжатого воздуха в трубу, открывает крап дл выпуска воздуха из трубы и отвинчивает пробку 4. Claims

1. A device for squeezing flushing fluid out of drill pipes when lifting them from a well, characterized in that, in order to prevent flushing of flushing fluid out of the pipes by squeezing it out with compressed air until they are unscrewed, it is made as a two-stage drum mounted on the derrick, A flexible hose with a tip on the end is wound on one of the steps, and a steel cable is wound on the second one with a counter-load on the end.

2. The form of the device according to claim 1, characterized in that the tip has a threaded end for connection to the drill pipe, a handwheel for convenient screwing of the tip and a valve for air intake.
