Description

Известны безиммерсионные зеркально-линзовые ахроматические объективы микроскопа с увеличением , плоским полем и центральным экранированием зрачка, выполненные из двух вогнутых сферических зеркал с наружным алюминнрованием фронтального и рассеивающего линзовых компонер тов, предназначенные дл  весьма широкой области спектра. Недостатки подобных объективов микроскопа состо т в низкой числовой апертуре (0,5-0,55), значительной величине центрального экранировани  зрачка (выше 30% по диаметру), большой кривизне поверхности изображени , трудности выполнени  услови  изоплаиатизма и наличи  сферической аберрации высших пор дков.Non-immersion mirror-lens achromatic objectives of a microscope with magnification, flat field and central pupil shielding, made of two concave spherical mirrors with external aluminizing of the frontal and diffusing lens components, are known for a very wide spectral range. Объектив микроскопа состоит из фронтального компонен та /, содержащего четыре лиизы, вогнутых сферических зеркал 2 п 3 с наружным алюминированием и отрицательного компонента 4, выполненного из п ти линз. Дл  устранени  пр мой засветки непрозрачный экран наноситс  на вогнутую поверхность отрицательного компонента 4.
