Дл внутривагинального введени изготавливаетс специальна паста, приготовленна на эмульгаторе, который представл ет собой сплавленную смесь 15%-ной натриевой соли кислого эфира серной кислоты высокомолек л рных спиртов кашалотового и 85% этих же спиртов. В пасту вводитс грамицидин в концентрации 1 :400. Установлено, что концентраци грамицидина 1:400 вл етс достаточной дл полного обездвиживани сперматозоидов через 2-3 сек.Gramicidin is an antibiotic and is a pentapeptide containing 5 amino acids.
