Description
The invention relates to chemical technology and can be used to produce aluminum nitrate used in the chemical, petrochemical, electronic industry,
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the loss of nitric acid.
Example. 50 ml of nitric acid are poured into the reaction apparatus with a stirrer, the calculated amount of ammonium nitrate is added to obtain an amount of 2.0-25.5 wt.% Of the amount of nitric acid, charged with 5 g of aluminum hydroxide and placed in a thermostat preheated to 95 ° C. The dissolution is carried out with constant stirring. The resulting slurry is filtered, and the filtrate is analyzed for the content of nitrate ion and aluminum. According to the difference in nitrate ion concentration before and nocj | e dissolution, taking into account the change in the volume of the solution, the amount of nitrogen oxides released (in terms of NjOg) is determined and refers to the amount of aluminum converted to solution.
The table shows the results of the dissolution of aluminum hydroxide in nitric acid at 95 ° C and a dissolution time of 4 hours.

лоты незначительно интенсифидарует процесс растворени гидроксида алю- мини и практически не приводит к снижению количества выдел ющихс оксидов азота (опыты 1 и 2).The lots slightly intensify the process of dissolving aluminum hydroxide and practically does not lead to a decrease in the amount of released nitrogen oxides (experiments 1 and 2).
Увеличение добавки нитрата аммони более 25% также не целесообразно, так как при этом не происходит увеличени растворимости гидроксида алюмини , а количество вьщел юпщхс оксидов азота остаетс на том же уровне (опыты 7 и 8).An increase in the addition of ammonium nitrate to more than 25% is also not advisable, since it does not increase the solubility of aluminum hydroxide, and the amount of nitrogen oxides remains at the same level (runs 7 and 8).
The interaction of nitric acid with ammonium hydroxide or gaseous
Поэтому введение добавки в виде этихammonia is accompanied by a stormy exo- peter: with a high reaction, with the release of a large amount of nitrogen oxides, ammonia and vapors of ammonium nitrate. Therefore, the introduction of the additive in the form of these
соединений, хот несколько и интенсифицирует процесс растворени гидроксида алюмини за счет образовани в растворе нитрата аммони , но приводит к еще большему вьщелениюcompounds, although several intensify the process of dissolving aluminum hydroxide due to the formation of ammonium nitrate in the solution, but leads to even greater
13).nitrogen oxides than when using solutions of nitric acid (experiments 11 and 13).
The proposed method, in comparison with the known method, allows to increase the degree of transition to aluminum hydroxide solution by 7-10 rel.% And decrease the amount of ayote oxides per 1 g by 1 g of hydrochloric acid, which has gone into solution, by 2-4 times.
