FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery and can be used when storing raw cotton at procurement centers.

The aim of the invention is to intensify the process of drying raw cotton due to natural ventilation.

The proposed device consists of a platform 1 with the location on it of a hollow rack 2, having openings 3 and 4 in the lower bottom part and on the side wall, respectively. A nozzle 5 with a hinged lid 6 is inserted in the opening 3, and a flap 7 is mounted in the opening 4. The upper part of the hollow stand is equipped with a recess 8 and a flexible element 9. The walls of the hollow stand are lined with thermal insulating material 10. from the upper and lower bases 12 and the perforated element 13 located between them. A mobile hoist is mounted above the container 14. A tunnel is dug under the hollow pillars 15. A ventilation unit is mounted at the end of the tunnel 16. Transportation of container c is carried out by tractor trailers 7.

The device works as follows.

The container 1 with raw cotton is transported by means of the mobile waist 14.

From the tractor trailer 17 to the storage location, the lower part of the base 12 is placed in the recess 8 of the hollow pillar 2 mounted on the platform 1. During the storage period, airing is performed to eliminate the self-heating of the raw cotton. For natural ventilation, the flap 7 opens. Outside air through region 4 enters the internal cavity of the rack 2, passes through the perforated elements 13 from bottom to top, gradually dehydrating the adjacent layers of raw cotton. In the case of a highly moistened cotton raw, the ventilation unit 16 is turned on, which can produce moisture suction, both from the outside air and from the coolant. To prevent heat loss, the flap 7 of opening 4 is closed. The hinged lid 6 mounted above the nozzle 5 is in the open position. The working agent (air, coolant) through the opening 3 enters the cotton. A flexible element 9 serves to prevent air from leaking. Thermal insulation material 10 prevents the heat from leaking out. Through apertures 3 and 4, service personnel can monitor the state of raw cotton, especially as the temperature changes.
