Description
Pneumo-float micrometers are known to have a pressure stabilizer with bellows expansion joints, an indicator tube of circular or oval cross section, a float, a pipeline and a screw for adjusting to the origin. Their two main disadvantages include: instability in the network (which introduces random measurement errors) and the curvature of the characteristic-dependence of the readings for changing the nozzle sensor gap (which requires uneven graduation of scales and instrument calibration).
В описываемом пиевмопоплавковом микрометре, овальна индикаторна трубка заменена трубкой пр моугольного сечени , с помеш ,енным внутри вкладышем, наклон которого измен етс эксцентрико1М (что позвол ет измен ть проходное сечение индикаторной трубки и передаточное отношение прибора при настро&ке его на заданную величину ).In the described micro-float micrometer, the oval indicator tube is replaced by a rectangular tube, with an insert placed inside it, the slope of which changes to the eccentric 1M (which allows changing the flow section of the indicator tube and the gear ratio of the instrument when it is adjusted for a given amount).
Such an instrument design allows the scaling of the scale and adjustment of the gear ratio.
1.FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a pneumo-float micrometer described; in fig. 2 is a section along AA in FIG. one.
Винт 5 служит дл настройки на начало отсчета (нижний предел измерени ).The micrometer consists of a body covered with glass 2. A section channel formed inside the body replaces an indicator tube of oval section. Inside the channel there is an inclined insert 3, the inclination of which varies by an eccentric 4. The fungus is square. Screw 5 is used to adjust to the origin (lower limit of measurement).
In the device described, the curvature of characteristics associated with the resistance in the system of the device is eliminated by the fact that all values are measured at a constant high pressure in the device. The curvature associated with the quadratic increase in the cross-sectional area of the conical indicator tube is eliminated by the straight-channel channel with the linear increase law of the cross-sectional area along the channel length. Curvature associated with a change in the length of the spring
