Description

The invention relates to methods for transporting floating loads, in particular, the delivery of packages of timber to the ship on the raid in the changing conditions of the water (tides and ebbs), and can be used in coastal centers, which are not equipped with berths, to ship the forest to the consumer.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity and increase the productivity in the changing conditions of the water horizons.

The essence of the proposed method is as follows.

Vessel 1 is installed parallel to the coastal strip using mooring barrels 2, cargo booms 3 are placed on the ship and serve the Loading Platform 4 attached to the side of the ship. A towing non-metallic rope 6 is fixed on the drums of the traction winches 5, with which 7 sections of forestry material are transported. Towing cable 6 is delivered to the package sections, for example, by boat 8, the ends of the package sections are attached to the booms. 9, which ... are prevented from being demolished by a wave with cable extensions 10 secured to the shears 11. The stretching length is selected taking into account the maximum rise of the water level. Mooring barrels 2 are installed in the sea, the length of extensions of which is selected taking into account the maximum rise of the water level.

During low tide, the packages 12 are formed in section 7 for a length corresponding to the length of the loading platform of the vessel so as to increase labor productivity, since this ensures simultaneous uninterrupted operation of all cargo booms 3 of the loaded vessel 1. At the same time, section 7 of packages is formed by laying along the flooded abbe coastline, with a depth that ensures the ascent of packets at the next tide. Forming packages of timber into sections placed along the coastal strip, rio, compared to other laying methods (for example, using a transverse method), allows to deliver packages of timber without additional reversal of sections, since sections are placed parallel to the side of the vessel. All this provides the minimum time spent on transportation, and affects productivity, increasing it. At Eifid I, at high tide, it is installed parallel to the shore with mooring barrels 2. Next, unwinding the towline b with the drum of the winch 5 of the vessel and delivering it, for example, a boat 8 to section 7, is carried out. to the ends of sections 7, which are uncoupled from booms and transported, for example, by means of winches 5 to vessel I. In this case, packages of 12 sections 7 are oriented towards the wave by alternately switching on the first and left winches so as to reduce water resistance. After pre-orientation of the sections of the packages in relation to the wave, the latter are delivered directly to the vessel’s side without further adjustments of the rope tension, thereby ensuring favorable working conditions.

Delivered to the board of the ship 1, sections 7 of the packages are attached at the ends of the rope 14 to the loading platform 4, they disband the sections and separate packages are loaded with ship arrows 3 into the hold or onto the deck of the vessel, ensuring a constant loading of the cargo arrows 3.

The proposed method makes it possible to deliver several sections, creating their stock at the ship’s side, in order to ensure the loading of the vessel during low tide, i.e., at the time when the sections cannot be transported to the vessel.

METHOD FOR DELIVERY OF PACKAGES OF FORESTRY MATERIALS TO BOARD ON BOARD REID by forming packages, transporting them to the loading area on board. A ship using winches and a towing rope for subsequent loading, characterized in that, in order to reduce labor intensity and increase productivity in the conditions of rapidly changing water horizons, timber packages are formed at low tide along flooded coastal strip in sections with a length corresponding to the length of the loading area of the vessel, attach the ends of the sections to anchored to the bottom of the booms and alternately transport sections to the side of the vessel in remy tide.
