The invention relates to soldering methods with the preparation of soldered behaviors and can be used in various industries in solder joining of sintered metal parts.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of paired joints of sintered
The method is carried out as follows.
Далее па емые поверхности деталей оплавл ют концентрированным источником нагрева с проплавлением поверхностного сло деталей на глубину, равную максимальной фракции частиц порошка, из которого выполнены детали, производ т сборку деталей с введением припо и нагрев до температуры пайки .The parts are made by powder metallurgy from a powder material of a certain fractional composition, pre-pressing and sintering. Next, the soldered surfaces of the parts are melted with a concentrated heat source with the penetration of the surface layer of the parts to a depth equal to the maximum fraction of the powder particles from which the parts are made, assembling the parts with the introduction of solder and heating to the soldering temperature.
The energy density required; pd1 to ensure a predetermined penetration depth of the soldered surfaces is determined in advance on samples using metallography techniques.
When the surface penetration depth of the lower maximum fraction of the powder during melting occurs, the displacement and detachment of large particles occurs, which leads to the porosity of the surface. At depth, the maximum maximum fraction is melted and the powder is cooled down after melting.

П р и м е р. PRI me R. To check the strength properties of the steam compounds of the IZh70 grade iron, 34 (60 mm) plates were made from a small-size iron powder, the maximum fraction of which is 0.018-0.025 cm.
Before soldering, the plates along the long side were melted on an ELU-5 installation so that the width B of the contact planes was 0.7 cm. To work out the flashing mode, experiments were performed, the surface with energy density from 448 to 1120 J / cm was melted (at a voltage of 29 kV and a reflow rate of 1.25 cm / s, the current was 8 to 45 mA). The actual fusion depth was used to determine the amount of current at which melting was achieved to a depth equal to the maximum fraction of the powder (0.025 cm). The required current value was 30 mA.
The obtained current value is used by Bajn-s to melt the contact planes of the sintered iron plates.
