Description

The proposed device for suturing blood vessels, ureters and fallopian tubes is characterized in that it uses sleeves with a flange provided with slots, as a result of which the vessels sewn with a knotted seam are less injured and this eliminates the resistance of their walls. In addition, the use of a split sleeve does not prevent the vessel size from increasing over time. Such cannulas, half of which are interconnected during the catgut sutures, are used in children, due to their growth.

FIG. 1 shows a plastic cannula, a general view; in fig. 2-cannula with oblong cuts (of two halves). Cannulas can be made of different calibers and sizes (from 1.5 to 20 mm), from different types of plastic (nylon, nylon, acre 7, and others). A protrusion is made at the bottom of the cannula around the entire circumference. With the help of the proposed cannula, it is possible not only to connect the vessels (see Fig. 3), but also to perform a number of new operations (see Fig. 4): stitching and transplanting the fallopian tube a, b, stitching the ureter, and ureteral transplantation bladder g, transfer of the ureter into the intestine of the village. The cannula is very light and does not cause bedsores on the vessel.
