Description
Изобретение относите к нефтедобывающей промышленности, в частности, к транспортированию сероводородсодержащей нефти .The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular, to the transportation of hydrogen sulfide-containing oil.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the costs of subsequent desalting and desalting processes.
This is achieved by reducing the amount of residual hydrogen sulfide in the oil released from the iron-containing oil by 4 times compared with the known method. Therefore, when mixing degassed hydrogen sulfide-containing oil, treated with gas emitted from iron-containing oil with iron-containing oil, a smaller amount of hydrogen sulfide neutralization product — iron sulfide is formed, which stabilizes water-oil emulsions, which allows the preparation of a mixture of oil significantly MenbHJMx material costs (consumption of the demulsifier and heat) and under the best conditions of labor.
The drawing shows the technological scheme of the proposed method.
Hydrogen sulfide- and iron-containing oils through pipelines 1 and 2 enter gas separators 3 and 4, respectively. Hydrogen-hydrogen-containing oil from separator 3 through line 5 is directed to the upper zone of the bubbler 6, and gas released from iron-containing oil in the separator 4, through line 7 to the lower zone of the bubbler 6. After contacting the bubbler with the hydrogen sulfide-containing oil, this gas mixed in the pipeline 8 with the gas released from the hydrogen sulfide-containing oil. The mixture of gases through line 9 is sent for processing. Hydrogen sulfide oil from the sparger 6 and iron containing oil from the separator 4 are sent to the buffer tanks 10 and 11, from where they are pumped out via the pipeline 13 to the oil preparation unit.
Example. Hydrogen sulfide- and iron-containing oils through pipelines 1 and 2, respectively, enter separators 3 and 4. При меньших соотношени х расходов и времени контактировани не достигаетс существенного изменени содержани сероводорода и сульфида железа.holding iron in the water of Devonian oil - 224 mg / l. The average water cut in oil is 50%. After degassing, hydrogen sulfide-containing oil with a residual hydrogen sulfide content of up to 170 mg / l is sent to a bubbler 6, the volume of which is equal to 98 liters. At the same time, gas is passed through it with a certain flow rate, separated from iron-containing oil in separator 4. Oil after bubbler 6 is mixed in cooTHonjennn 1; 1 with iron-containing oil. The emulsion of a mixture of oils is treated with a type 4411 demulsifier reagent at a rate of 60 g / t. The dehydration of the oil mixture is carried out at 39 ° C. When testing, control the consumption of hydrogen sulfide-containing oil and gas, the concentration of iron sulfide and hydrogen sulfide in the mixture of oils. The averaged results of the experiments are shown in the table. As the results show, satisfactory results on the content of hydrogen sulphide and iron sylph are obtained when the ratio of the flow rate of gas released from the iron-containing oil is at a ratio of 6.0-13 m per 1 ton of oil and at a contact time of 1-10 minutes. With lower cost-to-contact ratios, there is no significant change in the content of hydrogen sulfide and iron sulfide.
An increase in the ratio of flow rates of more than 13 m of gas to 1 ton of oil and a contact time of more than 10 minutes does not lead to a further significant decrease in the content of hydrogen sulfide and iron sulfide.
Analysis of the quality of the mixture of oils transported in this way showed that the residual content of hydrogen sulfide and iron sulfide in it is respectively 8-14 mg / l and 17-30 mg / l versus 45 mg / l and 100 yg / l PS compared to the known method .
Thus, a mixture of oils with a reduced content of hydrogen sulfide and iron sulfide is obtained, the preparation of which requires significantly less costs by reducing the consumption of the reagent-demulsifier from 80 g / t by a known method to 60 g / t according to the proposed and heating oil temperature to 35 ° C when using the proposed method against 40 ° C in a known method.
