Description

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to devices for supporting the sheet when cutting with scissors.

The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the cut along the length of the workpiece.

The device for supporting the npi sheet cutting on the scissors contains supporting levers 1 rigidly connected to the shaft 2 installed in the slide 3 moving along the guides 4, screws 5 connected with them through the carriage 6 and the guide columns 7. The columns 7 are placed in the holes of the carriage. On the rear stop scissors 8, mounted on the carriage 6, rigidly mounted thrust finger 9, acting when cutting on the lever 10, rigidly connected to the shaft 2 and spring-loaded spring 11.

The device for supporting the sheet when cutting with scissors works as follows.

The sheet 12, supported by the supporting levers 1, is fed up to the rear stop of the scissors 8. When lowering the scissors beam, the carriage 6 with the rear stop of the scissors 8 and the stop finger 9 is also lowered. At the same time, the levers 1 are fixed in place.

When lowering the scissors beam, the scissor pressing also lowers with it, but since it is located below the scissors beam, it presses the sheet earlier than the cutting begins (FIG. 3). At the moment of pressing the sheet 12 to the table, the thrust finger 9 presses the lever 10 (FIG. 3) and because of the small arm, the lever 10 accelerates together with the shaft 2 and the lever 1, so that the lever 1 for a significant part of the cycle outside the fall zone of the cut piece (Fig.6).

When lifting the scissors blade, the lever 1 takes its original position under the action of the spring 11.

Moving the carriage 6, the rotation of the spindle screws 5, you can set the rear stop of the scissors 8 with the lever 1 to the desired size of the cut piece.

A DEVICE FOR MAINTAINING A SHEET WHEN CUTTING ON SCISSORS, comprising a sheet support assembly mounted with the possibility of horizontal movement in the bed guides, and a rear stop mounted on the carriage with the possibility of adjusting movement, characterized in that, in order to increase the accuracy of the cut along the length of the workpiece, the carriage is made with through holes, and the sheet support assembly is made in the form of a horizontally located shaft with supporting levers rigidly fixed on it and spring-loaded additional lever agom, guide columns pivotally mounted on the shaft and placed in the holes of the carriage, and a thrust pin rigidly mounted on the rear stop with the possibility of interaction with the free end of the additional lever.
