The purpose of the invention is to improve the transfer properties of the divider and reduce power dissipation.
FIG. 1 shows the scheme of the proposed divider; in fig. 2 is a circuit for replacing a divider.
Resistance 1 divider is surrounded by a coaxial screen 2, potentially connected to the midpoint of the divider. A compensating capacitor 3 is connected between the screen and the high-voltage end of the divider. The parasitic capacitances of the screen relative to the ground 4 and the high-voltage lead-in wire 5 together with the compensating capacitor form a rigid divider, due to which the initial voltage distribution becomes more uniform the divider during the entire transition process is almost constant and equal to half of the voltage applied to the pulse divider, which significantly improves its transmission characteristics. The communication capacitance 6 of the shield-divider significantly reduces the rise time of the transient response and makes it less dependent on the resistance of the divider. The charge of this capacity is made by the current divider. Above the contact point, the screen-divider charge current has a direction from the divider to the screen, and below - from the screen to the divider. Longitudinal divider capacity
